Creating an account
Email signup, magic links, social login, and what we ask for at signup.

How to sign up
Click 'Sign in' in the top nav. From the sign-in screen, choose 'Create account'. Enter your email and a name. We'll send a magic link to confirm.
You can also sign up with Google or Apple. Same account either way · you can use any method to sign back in later.
What we ask for
- Email (required, used for receipts and session reminders)
- Display name (required, what the reader sees on the call)
- Country (required, for currency display and tax calculation)
- Language (optional, defaults to browser language)
- Date of birth (required, for age verification · we don't display it anywhere)
What we don't ask for
- Your full legal name (your display name can be a first name or nickname)
- Your phone number (unless you opt in to SMS session reminders)
- Your address (unless you're a reader getting paid)
- Payment info (only at checkout, never at signup)
After signup
You're in. You can browse readers, save favourites, and book. Your dashboard tracks past and upcoming bookings.
Changing your details
Account settings let you update your email, display name, language, and notification preferences. Changing your country re-runs the tax calculation for future bookings; past bookings stay at their original calculation.
Deleting your account
From account settings, hit 'Delete account'. We'll confirm by email. The account and most associated data is removed within 30 days. Some financial records (refunds, tax documents) are retained for legally-required periods.
