• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or discrimination on the basis of any protected characteristic.
• Misleading medical, legal, financial, or psychological claims.
• Material that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

Prohibited behavior

• Harassment of any user.
• Off-platform circumvention attempts once a connection is established through BookTarot.
• Recording without consent through the platform recording feature.
• Use of automation to scrape data outside published sitemaps and APIs.
• Attempts to interfere with security, including credential stuffing, brute force, or denial of service.

Prohibited reading topics

• Medical diagnoses or treatment claims.
• Specific legal or financial advice.
• Predictions about third parties' death, pregnancy, serious illness, or court outcomes.
• Readings for minors or anyone visibly impaired or under the influence.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access. Repeat offenders are banned.
