Reporting
In-product report flows on every reader profile, every booking, and every message thread. We acknowledge reports within twenty-four hours.
Anti-fraud
Identity verification on Reader signup. Behavioral signals on Client accounts. Stripe Radar for payment risk. Manual review for high-risk patterns.
Disputes
Booking disputes follow a structured review: evidence intake from both parties, neutral review by Trust and Safety, decision within five business days for most cases, refunds issued per the Refund Policy.
Transparency
Quarterly transparency report at /legal/transparency covering removals, account actions, government and legal requests, and notable safety actions.
