Leaving a review
When and how to review, what's public, what's private.
2 min read · Updated May 2026
When you can review
A week after the session. We give you a few days to sit with the reading before asking.
What you rate
- An overall 1-5 star rating
- A short public comment (optional, encouraged)
- Three sliders: professionalism, insight, value for money
What's public
The rating and the public comment. Your display name only if you opt in (default: anonymous). Sliders aren't shown publicly · they feed the platform's quality signals.
What's private
Your private feedback to support. Any comments you mark private. The slider scores.
What the reader sees
The public review and the average of your slider scores. They don't see who you are unless you opted in. They can respond to your public comment with a public reply.
Honest reviews
Critical reviews are welcome, including the unflattering kind. The goal is helping other clients pick well, not protecting readers from criticism. Personal attacks, threats, and disclosure of private session content are removed.
Editing or deleting
You can edit a review for 7 days after posting. After that it's locked, but you can delete the review entirely from your account settings.
If a reader retaliates
Reader retaliation against critical reviews is an ethics violation. Report it · we take it seriously.
