What readers see about you

Privacy on the platform: what the reader sees, what stays internal.

At booking time

The reader sees:

  • Your display name (whatever you set · doesn't have to be your real name)
  • Your timezone (for scheduling)
  • Your country (so they know what time and currency context you're in)
  • The booking type, duration, and your question summary (if you provided one)

The reader does not see:

  • Your full legal name
  • Your email
  • Your phone number
  • Your home address
  • Your billing details
  • Your past bookings with other readers
  • Your reviews of other readers

During the session

The reader sees your video (if you turned the camera on) and hears your audio. The chat in the room is visible to both of you. Anything you say in the session is private to the two of you.

After the session

The reader sees:

  • The fact that the session completed
  • Your rating and public review (without your name attached, unless you opted in)
  • Whether you opted in to recording (if so, they can access the recording for 30 days)

The reader does not see:

  • Your private feedback to support
  • Your payment confirmation
  • Your account activity outside their session

Repeat clients

If you book the same reader twice, they see your prior session summary (with their notes from the previous session, if they kept any). This makes follow-ups useful · they don't have to start from scratch each time.

If you want more privacy

Account settings has 'Maximum privacy' mode, which strips the country and timezone display, leaves only a single-letter display name, and disables any persistent reader notes. Sessions still work; some readers may ask you for context they'd otherwise have on the booking screen.
