US DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512)
If you believe content on BookTarot infringes your copyright, submit a notice including: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material with a URL, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act, and your signature.

Counter-notices follow the standard DMCA process.
EU Digital Services Act (Notice and Action)
Under the DSA, you may submit notices of illegal content. We will provide a statement of reasons for actions taken, and we maintain a transparency report at /legal/transparency.
Trusted flagger status under DSA Article 22 may be requested by qualified organizations.
