Refund and Cancellation Policy

How refunds and cancellations work, mirroring the ToS with jurisdictional notes.
Standard policy
- Cancel more than 24 hours before the session: full refund.
- Cancel within 24 hours: non-refundable (except as required by mandatory consumer law).
- Reader cancellation or no-show: full refund; rebook at no charge.
- Platform technical failure: full refund or rebook.
Jurisdictional overrides
- EU/EEA, UK: fourteen-day cooling-off period for distance contracts. Waived at checkout for immediate-performance digital services.
- Brazil: seven-day reflection period under CDC art. 49. Waived at checkout for immediate-performance services.
- Australia, New Zealand: non-excludable consumer guarantees apply.
