How to reschedule or cancel a booked session
Cancellation windows, rescheduling, refund timelines, and what to do in genuine emergencies.

More than 24 hours before
Cancel or reschedule freely. Full refund or full credit. From your dashboard, open the booking, hit Reschedule or Cancel. Done.
Within 24 hours
Sessions are non-refundable inside the 24-hour window. The reader has held the slot and turned away other clients for it; the policy protects their livelihood.
Some readers will offer a one-time reschedule inside 24 hours as a goodwill gesture. From the booking page, hit Request reschedule and the reader gets a notification. They can approve or decline.
Genuine emergencies
Illness with documentation. Bereavement. Documented travel disruption. Email support@booktarot.com with the booking ID and we'll process a refund. We don't ask for medical certificates for common-sense cases.
If the reader doesn't show
Full refund, no questions. Reported automatically when the session is more than 10 minutes overdue with no reader present. You can also raise it from the post-session screen.
Recurring reschedules
If a particular reader keeps rescheduling on you, let support know. We track patterns and address them privately with the reader.
